Liege
Andy Schleck for Liege.
The crit this morning was not that great. I think I may have gone 2nd in the TT this evening, but will have to wait until tomorrow to find out. It was really windy. It's always really windy in STL these days. Good thing I train in the wind; I think it is helping. More tomorrow.

Fleche
Well that Frank Schleck pick worked out really well...lets go with Cunego. I hope I'm wrong, because I don't like him. I swear I'll post something about Hermann tomorrow, but now it's bed time.

Hillsboro Roubaix
Another DNF. I guess I might never finish that race. Since I am going off to college next year, I'm not sure when/if I'll race it again. I raced two laps perfectly: out of the wind, out of the crashes, at the front when I needed to be, and then I got a flat on the worst possible part of the course: just before the brick section. I never really had a chance to catch up as is the case with flats in most local races. I suppose there is always Tilles tomorrow. At least I know I have some OK form since my training has been a little lackluster lately. Hopefully I'll fix that the next couple weeks before Hermann and I'll really be going well.
In professional cycling news...the Ronde van Vlaanderen is tomorrow. For those less educated people reading this blog, that's the Tour of Flanders, which just so happens to be the next race that I will be picking a winner for. And my pick is...Filippo Pozzato. He has great legs right now, possibly the best in cycling, and he seems to be taking racing a lot more seriously than in past years. The only thing that could keep him from winning is the strength of Quick Step compared to his Katusha Team. Still, I think he'll pull it out. Even though I picked Pozzato, I'll be rooting for George to finally get a big classics win. Should be an excellent race, and I'll be up tomorrow morning to watch. That's all for now. I'll post after Tilles tomorrow.
